Delightful cup and saucer from the A. B. Jones pottery. It has a "cottage garden" pattern - very cleverly designed with flower beds, crazy paving and even a garden pond!

The pattern is transfer printed onto a cream background and then carefully hand painted. Both cup and saucer have a gently scalloped edge. The handle is unusual and comfortable to hold.

The cup and saucer measure approx 3" high. The diameter of the cup is 3 1/4" and that of the saucer is 5 1/2".

The condition is very good with no damage. There is a little wear to the blue glaze, but this is only visible on close inspection.

An unusual item. We have never seen another one.
